Personal Energy Cleanse

Take a moment to identify what feels off within your personal energy.

You might feel weighed down by heavy energy from the stress of life, overwhelmed by various emotions, drained after being around other people, or simply do not feel like yourself.

Recognizing what you want to clear gives the cleanse a specific direction.

Starting above your head, use your dominant hand to hold the selenite wand a few inches away from your body and focus on drawing out the energy you want to clear.

Slowly move the wand down the front of your body toward your feet, directing the wand slightly away from you as you move.

As you move the wand, speak and repeat the phrase, “I remove all heavy emotions and energy that drains me.” Feel free to customize the phrasing to best reflect what you’ve identified needs cleansing.

Repeat the same downward motion along all sides of your body, followed by the back of your body.

Continue until you feel the energy has cleared.

This personal energy cleanse can be performed as often as you like for energy maintenance. You can also cleanse after stressful or emotionally upsetting situations.
