Ground Cinnamon Method

• Stand outside the entrance of your home or living space.
• Lay your petition face up on a flat surface.
• Sprinkle ground cinnamon on your petition to connect its energy to your written words.
• Take the two sides of the paper and gently fold them inward so the ground cinnamon forms a line down the middle.
• Speak the incantation and slowly blow the cinnamon through your doorway.

Cinnamon Stick Method

• Stand outside the entrance of your home or living space.
• Lay your petition face up on a flat surface.
• Place the cinnamon stick at the top of your petition and roll it toward you.
• Secure the petition around the cinnamon stick with natural twine.
• Speak the incantation and gently throw it through your doorway.

Ground Cinnamon Method: Allow the ground cinnamon to remain for 24 hours before sweeping or vacuuming it up. Keep your petition until the end of the month and journal the results of your ritual as they occur.

Cinnamon Stick Method: Hang the cinnamon stick wrapped in your petition by the doorway for the month and journal the results of your ritual as they occur.
