Clear your Mind

Take a moment to quiet your mind and relax.

Breathe in slowly for a count of three, then exhale for a count of three. Continue this breathing pattern until you feel calm and settled.

If you have trouble clearing your thoughts, focus on something that brings you joy and allow your attention to remain there for a few moments.

Build the Bath Tea Bag

Add each ingredient to the muslin drawstring bag one at a time in the order listed below. As you add each ingredient, speak its purpose aloud to direct its energy in the ritual.

  • Lemon Balm to lift emotional heaviness.
  • Lavender Flowers to bring rest and restorative energy.
  • Hibiscus Flowers to enhance my physical attraction and confidence.
  • Rose Petals to connect me with my beauty.

Once all four ingredients have been added, pull the drawstring closed and secure the bath tea bag.

While holding the bag between both hands, speak the incantation.

Prepare your Bath

Begin filling the bathtub with water at a temperature that is comfortable to you.

Once the water reaches about two inches deep, slowly pour in the dead sea salt and speak the words, “I add this salt to remove stress carried in my body.” Stir the bathwater counterclockwise to help the salt dissolve.

Hang the bath tea bag from the faucet so the running water flows through it as the bathtub continues to fill, allowing the flowers and herbs to steep into the water. Alternatively, you can add the closed bath tea bag directly to the water to steep in your bath.

Once the bath is full, get in, close your eyes, and relax for as long as you like.
