Confidence Spell Jar

Think about where you want to feel more confident in your life and how you want that confidence to change the way you approach those situations. Focus on the areas that feel most important to you.

A few examples:

• Speaking up and expressing yourself.
• Meeting new people.
• Going after personal or professional goals.
• Making decisions without second-guessing yourself.
• Feeling secure in who you are.
• Taking on situations that normally make you nervous.

Add each spell component in the order listed below. As you add each item, speak its purpose out loud to direct its energy.

• Ginger: removes self-doubt that undermines your confidence.
• Calendula: strengthens confidence in expressing yourself through your voice.
• Motherwort: strengthens self-belief when going after your goals.
• Yarrow Flower: builds confidence when meeting new people.
• Citrine Chips: amplifies personal power and bold self-worth.

Once all the spell components have been added, place the lid on the jar and hold it between both hands. Focus on the intention you set and speak the incantation.
